The Course includes a series of seven structures that can be incorporated into a range of activities designed to encourage co-operation and problem-solving. The original guide book for the Challenge Course is still in use at Sixtus Lodge and contains a number of excellent activities. The folder is kept in the lounge of the Main Lodge.You can download a pdf copy here.
