All other groups/individuals – 3pm
Check-out time:
All groups including schools – 2pm Unless specifically arranged with the Booking Secretary.
Rates
Adults (general groups/individuals): $25 per person per night Adults (with school/youth groups e.g. Scouts): $12 per person per night Children/students: $12 per person per night Minimum charge per night (all groups): $150
Deposit & Payments
Secure your booking by paying the non-refundable deposit of $150 to our bank account: Sixtus Lodge Trust – 03-0726-0486134-000
The final payment (less deposit) is due within seven (7) days of checking out.
You can request an invoice if preferred — our Treasurer will contact you.
Christmas Bookings
Sixtus Lodge is reserved for use by Sixtus Lodge Trust Board members during the Christmas holidays (17 December to 7 January). Our booking calendar will show these as “Special Bookings”. Group bookings by other parties during this period may be possible. Please contact the Booking Secretary by email: bookings@sixtuslodge.co.nz to check availability.
